question is, are there REALLY only 250 of these made as they claim?

 

If certain people are getting so many of them, there are probably others getting them in that way too... I highly doubt that there are only 500 made, I think that is a ploy for the collectors.

 

If people are able to get their hands on so many BEFORE they are even given out, how many people that actually go to the game are getting ripped off so the sellers can get them?

 

Do they actually hand out 250 of them at the game?

 

I'd be angry if I was CUSTOMER # 220, and they were already gone...

it was not 500, I believe their website stated 250. Many teams will make an extra case or 2 for sponsors and front office staff

Most Manufactuers sell by cases (24 bobbles in a case), so it leaves numbers like 1008 and 504. There's also always extras ordered, most are for staff like Sushi said. Or Vips.
