Those probabilities are for the remaining 3 games of the series. So "win 2" means finishing the series 2-1, for an overall series record of 3-1. 60% chance of winning the series (3-1 or sweep).

Quote:
The key is to get a couple of runs in an early inning against Zambrano. When that happens, he falls to pieces. See last year as a classic case.

Anything like a bunt hit, an error, a bad call, or a cheap homerun can be enough to mentally disrupt Zambrano.

I want the Crew to knock around Zambrano for 2 reasons:

1.) The obvious.

2.) Need to knock around good starters to help get Cappy in the All Star game. Is Zambrano automatically the Cubs representative or could someone like Jacque Jones go if Zambrano gets shelled in his next two?

After the terrible series with both Detroit and Kansas City, Milwaukee has actually gained ground in the NL Central. The Crew just needs to start a winning streak here before the All Star break and hope Sheets and Ohka will be ready within a month. However, I wont get my hopes up until i see it happen.

I just got home from work, and I see a headline on ESPN.com, and it says "Dodgers get rotation help, trade for Hendrickson." Although at first thought I figured it was the Hendrickson from the Devil Rays, I open the link and the title is "Dodgers get Hendrickson, Hall." Now I'm just worried out of my mind, but then I realize that it would be ridiculous that Hendrickson would be more important than Hall, plus I read the article and saw it was Toby Hall from the D Rays. Anyways, excited for tonight's game, go Crew!

Jackson looks like Guy Smiley or something, in that pic.

I'm not a huge fan of the guy, but Carlos Zambrano has to be one of the more entertaining pitchers in baseball to watch, just because he's so animated and fiery. Like others have said, I hope the Brewers unload on him early and shake him up.

If the Cubs' bats are as quiet as they have been lately (all season for that matter), Jackson should do OK. He likes to pound the zone, and if no one in the Cubs lineup can hit, then he will be effective.

Someone mentioned before that Derrek Lee might provide a spark that really jump starts these guys...I'm sure he will, just hopefully not in this series or the one next week.

I get the feeling that Zambrano will be effective tonight, but let's hope that doesn't happen. Get to him early boys!

I will be in Wrigley field tonight to watch the Brewers take the sCrUBS down. I plan on spending most of the game getting the Wrigley faithful riled up regaling them with tales of how much fun it is to root for a team that at least has a shot at the .500 mark.

Go Brewers!!!
