Laptop Processor Advice

I'm going to be buying a new laptop soon and I'm wondering how big of a difference there is between processors, and if its worth the extra money for the top of the line processors.

 

For example, is it worth the extra $125 to get the higher end processor (AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile Processor ZM-82 (2.2GHz)) vs the cheaper (AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core Processor for Notebook PCs QL-60 (1.9GHz))?

If you are not doing any serious gaming, you should do fine with the 1.9 GHz proccessor.
