Think this would be a good start for Ben to break out of this little mini funk he has been in since the all star break. He obviously had some good stuff working against the chubs, but the collapse was just as bad. A solid 7 would be nice. Campillo appears to be a nice little pitcher for the Braves as well. Get em Crew.

Here's to Ben breaking out of this funk and going 7+ innings with a win. And here's to hoping Yost has Kapler in center, Durham at second, Counsell at short, Branyan at third and Rivera at catcher today. Too much to wish for?

All but Rivera, not too shabby. Kendall must have come with a one-year money back guarantee.

Did Mike Rivera piss Yost off. Does Yost have a man crunch on Kendall. By September, Kendall is going to be so tired that he's not going to be able to hit the ball out of the infield. Hope some of the bench guys played well today and the Brewers sweep the Braves.

Lineup, per TH

2B Ray Durham

SS Craig Counsell

LF Ryan Braun

1B Prince Fielder

RF Corey Hart

3B Russell Branyan

CF Gabe Kapler

C Jason Kendall

P Ben Sheets

Hey, not bad. I wonder if Yost is scared of Kendall. He does look kind of mean.

I am the biggest Mike Rivera supporter. I actually think offensively he may be better then Kendall. Anyway, what does over working Jason Kendall really do to benefit this team? I can't think of any arguments for it. He is just going to tire early. It's not like Rivera is being saved for the playoffs. I hope we see a lot of Rivera in September. Heck, maybe they will call up a 3rd catcher when the rosters expand.
