Los Angeles 1-2

St. Louis 1-1

I'm going with the slightly (just slightly) pessimistic 13-14. Unless the last 4 days were a dream of course.

The LA, Houston, and St. Louis series could be disastrous though and we could go 16-11 which is what we went in July.

Looks like 13-14 for me. Still puts us in decent shape for September if we go .500, assuming the Mets/Cardinals/Marlins don't have an amazing month.

15-12 is what I'm looking at. I don't care how bad Pittsburgh is, the Brewers stink there. I could also see them dropping both games in St. Louis and just as easily lose two in San Diego, but I'm trying to stay optimistic.

well, let's see, we just had a terrific month (final 7 days, not withstanding) so, I'll go with this:

@ Atlanta (3) 2-1

@ Cincinnati (3) 2-1

Washington (4) 3-1

@ San Diego (3) 1-2

@ Los Angeles (3) 1-2

Houston (3) 3-0

Pittsburgh (3) 2-1

@ St. Louis (2) 0-2

@ Pittsburgh (3) 3-0

17-10 month. Wow, that would be fabulous. However, I'll "accept" anything better than 13 wins (i.e. 14-13 or better).

edit: Woo hoo! I'm off to a good start!

edit2: After 2 series, I'm still right on the money. Nice!

I'm a day late, but I would've guessed they'd beat Chuck James yesterday anyway.

@ Atlanta (3) 3-0 (I'll say they finally get to Campillo a little)

@ Cincinnati (3) 1-2 (No Sheets or Sabathia)

Washington (4) 3-1

@ San Diego (3) 2-1

@ Los Angeles (3) 1-2

Houston (3) 2-1

Pittsburgh (3) 2-1

@ St. Louis (2) 1-1

@ Pittsburgh (3) 1-2

16-11
