Does anyone know if there is a password or code to get a discount or waive the processing fee?

not that I know of. Those fees are how Stub Hub makes their money so they're not going to waive them any time soon. Now maybe there is a way, I just don't know of it and I doubt they exist.

I know last month there were quite a few $10 off codes and a $20 off code (both with no minimum purchase). The $20 off code expired, but you can probably find $10 codes with a simple Google search.

I ordered some tickets a few weeks ago and found a $10 code using a Google search. It took me probably 20 minutes before I found one that worked. Just keep plugging them in until you find one that's valid. I think the stubhub people are pretty diligent about making sure their discount codes aren't posted all willy nilly on message boards and websites. The one I found had been posted on a message board that same day.
