Windows Live Messenger 2008: standalone version available for download?

Does anyone know if a full version of Windows Live Messenger 2008 is available online for download? All I'm finding is a 2.3 MB installer that'll take you into a live installer.

 

I really, really, really want to avoid an online installation that'll take who knows how long on dialup. I'd love to get the whole thing on broadband, burn it to a CD, and install that way.

 

(If it makes a difference, this would be Live Messenger 2008 for Windows XP Service Pack 2.)
