Moves I'd Make for the Stretch Run

Play Ray Durham at 2B.

Revert to the platoon at 3B.

Trade for Darin Erstad to platoon in CF with Cameron and play 1B in late innings in place of Prince.

Move Sup to the bullpen; if not piggy back McClung and Bush - 4 or 5 innings each. Don't have those two sit nine days between pitching assigments.

 

Need more offensive production. You can't have CF-2B-3B hitting below .240 plus the pitcher's spot, with Kendall around .250. Just isn't enough to produce. It puts too much pressure on our young stars, who are showing it at times. This is their first heads'-up match for first place in the majors.
