VS. SCHMIDT

Cirillo 7-17 .412

Clark 4-12 .333

Weeks 1-3 .333

Jenkins 5-20 .250

Lee 2-10 .200

Miller 2-16 .188

Koskie 1-6 .167

No other Brewer has a hit off him, and no current Brewer has EVER hit a HR off him.

In May, Schmidt threw a CG SHO at Miller Park, giving up 5 hits, 0 walks, and striking out 7, wasting a great outing by Dave Bush as 2-0 was the final. Tonight is a daunting task.

They already posted the lineups on mlb.com, which is weird because the game is in 2 hours. Yost moved Gross up to the 6 spot, Hall down to 7th, and Rivera is starting and hitting 8th. You have to wonder if something is wrong with Miller.

Ned is probably playing one of those hunches of his with Rivera, seeing how Miller hasn't fared well against Schmidt.

I like the college photo mojo for ZJ.

In addition, Rivera probably has some experience catching Jackson in the minors.

okay, Extra Innings package has both the Brewers and the Giants feeds blacked out! Anybody else outside the Milwaukee market getting the game?

EDIT: Never mind. The game finally popped up five minutes after I posted.

There's a big advantage there of having Gross in CF over Clark. He can chuck it.

edit: I guess we're not the only team who has trouble scoring runs with guys on base/no outs. ZachJack definately dodged a bullet there.
