Look how far the Brewers have come.

So for August 30, FOX had originally scheduled to show Phillies/Cubs, Rockies/Padres, and Mariners/Indians. Well, those last two matchups didn't really pan out well, so they dropped them in favor of Rays/Orioles and Brewers/Pirates. That's right, even though we're playing the Pirates, FOX considers the Brewers a big enough draw by themselves to add that game. Even though I'm guessing Phillies/Cubs will be the A-game, who ever would have thought that a Brewers/Pirates game would get some national coverage?

The Pirates aren't terrible themselves but this is definitely a show of respect for what the Brewers are doing here. Awesome to see.

I would also expect a few more of these to come, since some other matchups aren't too favorable for FOX, not to mention the "flex" schedule the final 2-3 Saturdays and ESPN picking games on Wednesday nights as well as probably other nights as the season draws to a close.
