Seems like lots of baseball people think today may be the make-or-break game for the crew as far as Carlos Lee goes, in that if we win, he stays, and if we lose, he goes. Now its obviously not that simple, but losing this game needless to say would not give me a lot of confidence in this club. That said, lets get a win!

I heard Buster Olney say something like that this morning, but I doubt that will be the case. I'm more inclined to believe that they'll keep him through the homestand, but if they lose today, Doug may tend to listen to more phone calls about Lee than usual.

It could go even further than that. If they do feel they are "in it to win it," as Attanasio has at least said, and Doug has some trade possibilities out there, I have to believe they would make every effort to improve this team before the Reds series. Lack of success in that series would be the final nail in the coffin.

620 just had an interview with Rickie, said it's just irritated (Whatever that means. Rickie needs to stop renting so much porn) and should be back in the line up Friday

Correct. He is young and has cash sitting around that he should build his own data base.
