Just curious if anybody has ever calculated wOBA for each player on our team by spot in the batting order. I am wondering how much of an effect different spots in the batting order would have if a player's wOBA was calculated using the relative value of events based on spot in the batting order. If nobody has, I will try this weekend(it would however be my first attempt at trying to calculate wOBA), but I need the relative value of events by batting order spot. If it is in "The Book" just say so, I will look it up(I don't have The Book handy right now to check). I doubt there is much difference and even if there is I doubt it would be useful. I am just curious to see how different it would be.
