How is that not an error? It hit Corey right in the glove.

ESPECIALLY since the official scorer Jobbed Braun of a double... charging Winn with a error on a ball that slipped out of the webbing to protect precious Timmy's stats.

really, really good baseball out of the 1-2 right now.

 

Rickie's eye at the plate... the threat of the steal, the motion, the agitated defense... the hit and run - his 1st to 3rd speed.

 

JJ's protection of pitches, the contact, getting to 2nd on the ill-advised throw.

 

 

MAN, I wonder if Boras is going to bring up Prince's production drop because he's hitting behind the RBI machine. Or try to get us a sweetheart deal on someone in exchange for swapping the 3-4 guys.

I'm OK with this move... you're going to need Shouse in St. Louis and you might as well knock the rust off. Must be some heavy rust

 

These 2-stroke engine types really work better when they're warm.

Yes but now with Sheets and CC I am saying worse case scenario is 1-3 with likely a split before heading home..

I am still OK with the move. rather it happen here than there. my 1974 Vespa also sucks when it is getting started up for the first time in a week+. (and when it has to face right turns, too)
