2 outs, man on second for the 'Stros after a sacrifice bunt by Rodriguez.

Cra-Z just BB'd a man, and is at 79 pitches in the 4th.

Fortunately for the Cubs, Darin Erstad sucks mightily, and pops up a bouncer weakly... retired 5-3. On to the 5th

Ty Wigginton demonstrating the proper timing & form for sliding into 1B on an errant throw by Theriot. Unfortunately, Lee is tall & gets the tag down on the feet-first slide by Wigginton for out #2.

Reed Johnson really misread a liner off the bat of Ausmus, but was able to recover & make the leaping catch in RC for the 3d out.

3-0 Houston

Rodriguez K's Fukudome for out #1. That's Wandy's 7th K tonight.

Cedeno chops out to 3B for 2nd out.

CrayZ homers on a wall-scraper over the short porch in RF.

Theriot singles; Coop yanks Rodriguez for RHRP Chris Sampson (to face PH Daryle Ward)

Zambrano looking fatigued. BBs Kaz Matsui on a high fastball (only 89 mph) for ball 4.

Erstad chops to 2Bman Cedeno, who looked to throw home instead of taking the DP chance. He definitely had the runner at 2B, but had brain lock & only got Erstad at 1B.

Big Puma hits one to the hole on the left side, Theriot has no play.

Zambrano is done. Lou going to the 'pen

Brocail in for the 8th: Lee, Ramirez, Soto

Lee chops to Brocail, who tries to throw it away, but Berkman bails him out with a nice tag on Lee.

Ramirez broken bat grounder, retired 5-3.

Soto pops out to shallow RF.

Headed to bottom half, 4-1 Houston

Fukudome K looking on 0-2 fastball at the knees on the outside corner

Fontenot in, not Cedeno

0-0: swing & miss on 96 high heat

0-1: swing & miss on 86 mph offspeed

0-2: changeup (86) barely missed off the outside half

1-2: 97 mph high heat fouled back

1-2: 98 mph foul ball ricocheted out of Ausmus's glove -- could have been strike 3

1-2: change (85) fouled off

1-2: change (86) sliced at SS, great leaping stab by Tejada

4-1 win, Astros!

I'm liking this free EI tonight - I watched most of the Cubs game and then watched the Reds beat the Mets. Now I've been watching the O's-Tigers (tied at 10 in the 10th) and Arizona-LA - the Dodgers are mounting a comeback in the 9th - 3-2 AZ right now with one out and a guy on.
