RBI or No RBI

I have a question on whether in a certain situation if an RBI would be given or not.

Heres the situation: Bases loaded, two outs and a 0-1 count on the batter.

The next pitch is way outside, the batter swings and misses but the ball goes past the catcher(for a passed ball) and the runner from third scores. Would the batter be credited with an RBI, why or why not?

It's a passed ball in your example, or a wild pitch if the official score deems so. Simply not an RBI, swing, no swing, doesn't matter.
