Jeff Cirillo in Elkhorn?

Ok, i am not sure this belongs here, and if not, mods please move it.

 

Now, i will be the first to admit i am a bit out of the loop in the town i live in(elkhorn). I basically just sleep here, then go to school/work and come back and repeat the whole process. Now that being said, a few days ago i saw some signs up on various busniesses around town saying "welcome Jeff Cirillo" and "Thank you Jeff Cirillo". Anybody have any clue what this was about? I can't find a straight answer from anybody.
