Is the letter G bad luck for the brewers?

truecrew
Today being another off day for the team I was sitting around thinking and a thought came to my mind is the letter G unlucky? Looking at our team with Gagne, Guillermo Mota, having such bad seasons and then a possible season ending injuy to Gallardo and last season with Graffy... do we just have bad luck with players who's first or last name start with G? Geoff Jenkins was not all that great for us and Greg Vaughn was awful so it got me wondering.

Not as unlucky as the letter "B" has been for the Cubs:

Bartman

Billy goat

Baker (and his excellent handling of Wood and Prior)

Don't forget about Brant Brown!!!

OH! NO!

HAH! Even I can laugh at that one

Now that you mention it, Brock for Broglio didn't work out so great either.

But I like Bob Brenly.

Geoff Jenkins was not all that great for us . . .

How quickly they forget:

2nd all-time in franchise HR; 4th in RBI; 2nd in SLG; 4th in total bases; 4th in doubles; and a very good defender.

Greg Vaughn was a solid enough power hitter for a short time, too. He wasn't a great player, by any means, but I wouldn't call his Brewers career "awful."
