I really like the lineup tonight. I love when Gross leads off. I like having Hall ahead of Bell.

 

On the flip side..I LOVE seeing Pierre and Izturis batting 1, 2.

 

Could a team pick 2 worse guys in the league to try to get on base??

Edod, just so I was clear, I am not saying that they are winning the wild card. I was just saying its nice being on the board when they show the standings on tv. But it wont be much longer unless they make a little run. Either way, just because the NL is even doesnt mean anything. So now people makes up reasons why we are 4.5 out? Who cares, we are and that is that. Padres had the same chance to win in the playoffs as anyone else when they were only two games over 500. I dont get that point. More negative things to make everything seem worse than it is.
