2-1 Cubs in the 9th. I'd rather see the Cubs win this series with the Brewers having the WC spot at the break. And then go to StL right after the break and put some distance between us and them.

Glaus got completely hosed on two straight pitches from Wood that both should have been ball 4. Totally blown by the ump. God I hate the Cubs. Unexpressable hate. Rooting for Cards all the way....

D-Backs are doing a great thing with their broadcast tonight. They have satellite feed in Iraq and are letting families talk to each other during the broadcast. Brilliant idea--bad execution, as most wives and husbands have had nothing to say to each other, because they're embarrassed to be doing their talking on television. Very awkward stuff.

 

Oh, and the D-backs are "not doing well."

Quite the pitchers duel going on in Colorado right now.

This game is sick. Florida got 4 in the 7th to put them up 17-12 and now Holliday just hit a grand slam in the 7th pull back to 17-16. Atkins now singled and is on with nobody out.

 

Sounds like the Arizona 9th inning yesterday.

Quite the pitchers duel going on in Colorado right now.

They just said on ESPN that it's the first time at Coor's Field that both teams have scored 16 or more runs. It's definitely not a boring game http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif.

Makes the Brewers loss on Thursday look ok.

 

That was my first thought, upon hearing about that game. 43 hits total in that game. Man.

 

Of course, this is just the weekend we'd want the Rockies to get a big confidence booster.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
