Traveling to Des Moines - Road advice?

I'm going to be traveling from Madison to Des Moines on Friday. With all of the recent flooding I'm a little worried about the roads. Anyone have any advice about road closures or any suggestions about where I can find that type of info out?

 

I'm planning to take 151 to Cedar Rapids, 380 around Rapids and then 80 over to Des Moines.

 

We're heading to the 80 / 35 music festival with The Flaming Lips, Yonder Mountain String Band, The Roots, Black Francis, Andrew Bird, Cracker, and others. Should be a good time as long as the travel goes smoothly.

I live about an hour north of Cedar Rapids. Most of the major roads are open again after the flooding, aside from a section of 150 west of Cedar Rapids. You should be ok with your proposed route.

The Iowa DOT has a website that shows closures. I think they have an automated phone information system, it might be 511.
