In need of a hiking backpack

Hi gang, I was wondering if anyone had a hiking/mountain biking backpack they were willing to part with. I'm looking to get into taking short camping trips or a day trip to hike and fish and need a decent backpack for this purpose. Don't need a big internal frame one, but I'd like one with the straps sp it doesn't shake when I bike. ( the one I have now doesn't have the straps and it drives me nuts) Maybe suggestions on where to get one cheap? Thanks alot!!

We use "Granite Gear" whenever we camp/hike. Use it up in the Boundary Waters, and it holds up really well, and is much lighter than all the canvas bags. I give it a big time recommendation.
