Well that's good news. Let's hope Riske can be the new 8th inning guy starting today. I would feel much better about Mota as a guy used more in the middle innings than the one who is going to get the game to Torres.

It's amazing - if I was able to look into the future back in March and saw today's lineup for a regular season game, I would probably burn all of my Brewers gear. With the injuries and struggles of certain players who were expected to contribute significantly, I'm suddenly indifferent to this lineup. Counsell needs to not be hitting leadoff, though. I'd probably be happier with Kendal leading off and bumping Counsell/Hall down to the 8 spot.

This is the first game that I can watch on TV in over a week..and I'm going to (only) my 4th game of the year tomorrow night!

If we can win with Dave Bush, things are definitely looking up!!!

Well for whatever reason Burnett has a sub-3.00 ERA on the road in 54 innings, yet it's over 8.00 at home. Hopefully he'll pull a McGowan in that he doesn't give up a lot of home runs but gives up three in one game.

Ump was about to call Prince out if Zaun had the ball. That would have been a terrible call, Prince beat the ball to the plate.

Yeah that surprised me when I saw he was starting to motion out b/c I thought Prince was safe whether Zaun held the ball or not.

Is there anyone less patient with RISP than Ryan Braun? Runners at 2nd and 3rd with a chance the break the game wide open, and that was one of his worst ABs of the year...ugh. I am digging the early lead, though. Bush always seems to calm down when he gets a nice lead early.
