Another pointless prediction. Ready? Houston will win the game because of all these shenanigans. Whoever is going to pitch for the Brewers better diffuse the anger and focus the Astros will now bring.

Alfonso Soriano will be out a MINIMUM of 6 weeks with a minimally displaced fracture in his hand. How will I sleep tonight knowing this news??

You'll be too busy trying to fathom how the Cubs will end up playing even BETTER without Soriano.

I really hope the 'pen doesn't choke away this lead. The Astros definitely have some negative mojo going right now, which could be really good or really bad.

The way the Cubs are going, this won't even phase them.

 

Edit: Soriano was hit by former Brewer Jeff Bennett.

Man, the Astros radio announcers are really whining about the umpiring in this game. If these guys were posting their comments on this board, Brian would ban them! What a couple of clowns.

I was forced to listen to those guys for a game during the first series in Houston, they are awful. They talked for 5 innings while Sheets was pitching about how the Brewers bullpen is garbage and as long as they don't let Sheets beat them they'd win the game.

They were right that day, but it was still annoying. lol
