just a thought. plan this thing way out in advance...like summer/fall of 09. the further out it is the more likely people will plan around the games than the opposite.

 

allow a bunch of geographic areas to field teams (milwaukee, madison, green bay, etc...maybe even further...chicago, twin cities) and make it a mini-tournament.

 

maybe even talk with the brewers about being a partner if it is going to be a charity event. maybe they could offer helfaer at a discount. plan it around a game with a 4pm championship followed by a tailgate and brewers game.

 

just thoughts.
