hi my wife bought me a ryan braun game bat from the fan zone and was told she can print a coa from the brewers web site. i am unable to find where to do this. if anyone has an idea how/where can you let me know. thanks matt

Um, I don't know, but this sure sounds like clueless MP workers blowing smoke up your hole. My guess is that she said certificate of authenticity and the employee automatically thought "gift certificate," which can be printed for the Fan Zone off the website. Printing out a COA just sounds very weird. I mean there would only be one COA for each item, I don't see how that would work.

I would take a look at your bat and see if there is a hologram from mlb.com with a serial number on it. If there is, you can look it up here: http://www.mlb.com/mlb/authentication/index.jsp. The hologram then acts as your COA. I bought a Carlos Lee GU Bat last year and that's what I did. I'm not sure if you can print a COA from that site though.
