Club Level Nachos Grande.

sgtcluels

I just wanted to endorse the Club Level Nachos Grande. I sat last night in the Club level, and decided to order the Nachos Grande. Being a big fan of the delicious Cactus League Nachos I prepared myself for some disappointment, and the eventual realization that I should have just walked down to the Loge level and got said nachos.

But to my shock and awe, this came to me.

Behold.. the new king of Nachos at Miller Park. The Club Level Nachos Grande is, I'd say about 2 times the size of the Cactus league (The picture doesn't do justice on just how massive it is). It's basically the Cactus League Nachos with olives, and a cool tasteful sour creme addition to the top. It was so much Nacho that it took 2 people to eat them all!

So for you that get to sit in the Club Level, I highly recommend the Nachos.

Yeah the club level has some nice food you can't get anywhere else. Not to mention the "daily" specials like omelettes and carved ham sandwiches for Sunday games, fish fry for Friday, create-your-own pasta during the week.

Wow, sgt, if you took that picture from your seat last night, you couldn't have been more than a couple of sections away from us (333). Now I'm completely hungry for nachos.

I don't really feel at home in the "club section" world, but the expanded menu once a season is nice.

Or the guys who aren't so technologically hip, but decide they can behave as they please, 'cause they're at the ballgame, dagnabbit (only they don't really say dagnabbit).

Like the older foursome in front of us last night, who mostly lobbed poorly thought out insults at the Brewers (and to a lesser extent at each other). These guys were in the front row and one of them spread his legs apart and used the railing as an ottoman for his feet, which led to an extra charming posture. Fortunately, his shorts provided adequate coverage. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif

On the up side, the boorish guys left after the sausage race, which both improved our view and showed them for missing the Brewers' comeback.

I know there are real/serious fans in the club section (indeed, there are posters here with club seats), but I never seem to find them in our annual trip there. And the restrooms don't have audio! so I can't keep up on the game when I'm there. At first I wondered if that was only a women's room issue, but the S.O. assured me the men's rooms had no game audio either.

Sorry for the mini rant. I guess baseball itself appeals to me more than many of the club amenities. I'm glad the nachos worked for you, sgt.

I was at a game a couple years ago, also sitting in the club level. I had nachos, I can't recall if they were as massive as your pic, but I do remember that they rocked. They actually rocked enough for me to keep one hand on them while I used my other hand to try to catch a foul ball off of Jenk's bat. The guy next to me had two hands on the ball to beat my one. I lost the ball, but did not lose any of my nachos.

Man I need to sit in the club section again soon. The only time I've ever been in there is when I had my tonsils taken out a couple days before so I couldn't eat anything. I was such a nerd I brought my pain medicine to the game. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif

And the restrooms don't have audio!

I sat in the Club section last night for the first time (thanks to Hall4President's generous giveaway) and there was audio in the restroom. Alas, I didn't do the nachos.

Yep Hawing. 331 Row 2. So you were just a stone throw away, probably heard the annoying kids at the top of 332. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I'm indifferent of the Club Level. There seems to be a higher percentage of people just "at the game" instead of being there for the game. But mixed in are a bunch of good fans, they just seem a bit harder to find. Once I get a McDonalds senior discount I'd definitely get club level tickets. A/C in the concourse, very nice bathroom with no line, food delivered too you, and low percentage of wave participation. But since I'm youngish, I still prefer the stands in Loge. Seem to have a decent mix of fan fans, and fun people to keep it interesting.

my dad and i both have 20 game passes in the club. there are definitely some people in the club that are just not there for the game. i think they must get free tickets because why else would someone pay the top dollar for the tickets and not really be interested in the game.

that being said there are some things in the club that are hard to do without once you are used to them. like stated before, the food options are great(never had the nachoes personally but i see many enjoying). my favorite part is the wider, cushoned seats. for a big guy like me thats huge because if you get a couple of big guys next to each other it can be very uncomfortable.

just an aside, if the Brewers move spring training to Florida, will they have to rename the Cactus League Nachos to Grapefruit League Nachos? That just doesn't go together at all. Grapefruit League Fruit Stand/Fruit Cup I could see. Nachos? No.
