6/3/08 Diamondbacks (Johnson) at Brewers (McClung): 7:05 PM CDT... Should Prince sit tonight? (reply #13)

One last thought. It's great to see this team come alive again. But we can't get caught up watching the Cubs. We just need to take care of business and let the chips fall where they may. Even if Chicago stays on fire all year which is highly unlikely, who says the wild card can't come out of the Central? Record-wise, we are the best division in the National league and the AL East are the only group better in all of baseball. This is sure to change, but Chicago and Milwaukee beats anything the West has to offer. The East is a wild card. I just don't see the Marlins doing it all year and who knows when or if the Mets will wake up.

I guess this is why they play the games. The Big Unit vs. Chucky (thanks Bill) wasn't to promising. It looked like Melvin left RJ in their way to long, it looked like he was completely gassed in the 6th, the Crew hit some really hard balls that inning and he got lucky on a couple of them

I still am a little concerned that to many of our runs came off of homers

That never has and never will be a concern of mine.. they count the same on the scoreboard..

You like money? And homers? We should hang out.

I saw it happen in person, but I am still trying to get it around my head that (run-wise, at least), Seth McClung outpitched Randy Johnson. I tipped my cap to Seth at the end of his outing tonight and virtually tip it again now.

We had tickets to five games in this homestand, and this was the last one. The Brewers' record on the hawing ticket has gone from 4-3 to 9-3 in the last week.

Crazy, but the kind of crazy I can live with. Please don't falter between Wednesday and our next game in the Twins series!

Billy should have been roundly booed for that hit off a right hander.

Was this supposed to be in blue? because there were boos after the Bill Hall hit (not from me). I was hoping a hit would maybe quiet the boobirds.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

I missed the game because of softball. Seen the highlights and read about it. Sounds like the age of McClung rolls on! Being at such a low after that Boston series to being on such a high right now sure feels nice. The big bear (Prince) has awaken from hibernation and no pitcher is safe.
