What if Gwynn walked there and Kendall represented they tying run? Would we have seen Mike Rivera or Joe Dillon? We'll never know...

 

Russell Branyan and his .362 / .451 / .700 line (1.151 OPS) has already reached base twice tonight in Memphis.

 

But we wouldn't want to at least try to ride a hot bat or anything, because we believe in Billy Hall.

I highly doubt Yost would do this. I just can't remember the last time he's took out a position player in a situation like that. Especially a catcher.

I just realize Washington only got 3 hits. 3 FRICKIIN HITS!! And they got 5 runs!!! Unreal. I remember in HS we once gave up 3 hits and lost 9-1. Obviously, the Brewers are getting to be about as good as a HS team.
