After watching these guys through the first 2 innings vs. this first time in the bigs pitcher, all I can think of is 3 words:

 

Same ol' Brewers.

Before this game started you knew one of two things were going to happen.

 

1 - he was going to get absolutely shelled, I'm talking only lasting a few innings OR

 

2- he was going to completely shut us down. So far it looks like number 2, at least in that inning. That was terrible. Talk about domination.

 

Only positive is that it's still early and I doubt this guy throws much more than 5 innings.

The guy is throwing fast balls right down the middle and all they can do is foul it off until he gets 2 strikes and then throws the curve.

I wasn't really referring to restrictions or pitch counts, I just don't know how long a guy making his major league debut can last. Especially when he's had major surgery and never pitched above A ball.
