Problem is the right now the bullpen looks like this:

1) Cordero: Top-flight closer

2) Turnbow: Very good 8th inning guy

3) Wise: Pretty good, but no durability at all, almost to the point where it ties up your hands in certain spots in terms of usage

4) Shouse: Solid LOOGY

Then you have Dessens who is the long guy and hasn't really been needed in that role yet this year and Aquino and Villanueva who have struggled to put it mildly. In other words if Wise isn't available (which is pretty often) or the starter doesn't go 7, that 7th inning is very nervous.

One more guy in the pen that one is comfortable with would be real nice. Either one of the bottom three has to step it up or find someone who does.

Three straight "where did that miss" pitches for the leadoff walk, are you kidding me???

One of those has to be a strike, or your strike zone is less than half-size.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif

The Brewers have been on the short end of two plays where the tie is supposed to go to the runner already this series.

first off, I guess I'm always in the minority, but he appeared to have his foot in the air when the ball was caught.

secondly, I've discussed this with umpires, and they point out adamently that there is no such thing as a tie. Either someone is safe or out.

I wish I was in Vegas tomorrow. i'm going there Thursday. Tomorrow I'm sure I could get some great odds on the Brewers. Probably a $20 wins $30. Oswalt might be the best pitcher in the NL, but Bush is due.

You are my air

The sun in my day

The moon in my night

The spring in my step

You are my everything.

You are the stars in the sky

The birds in the trees

The shimmer, the sparkle, the shine.

Without the light you put into my life

I would be nothing

A single leaf on the ground in autumn,

Lost, forgotten, alone.

Before i knew you,

I was nothing.

Now I am everything,

With you at my side,

I am invincible!

Feel the same my baby,

You are loved so much,

I love you now and forever

You are my darling, my baby, my love

You are my everything

I love you so much.

We miss you too Carlos!
