haha yeah I think so too! Hopefully Soup can have a good outing so the bullpen doesn't have to be used tomorrow since they need the rest. I don't think we will see Villy for a good 3-4 days after tonight!

Rich Hill has been the bomb this season against everyone he has faced. Maybe his curve won't have the same bite on it as it has so far this season.

 

I fully expect a close game again and a likely loss (based on numbers) but will be pleasantly surprised and happy with a win. Regardless, we'll still be in first place!

I think Hart accounts for Rich Hill's only run in his ERA. The Brewers need to change that..........or Hart needs to hit enough solo homeruns to get the Brewers the win.

The Cubs just got their guts ripped out, and I guess I'm the only guy not ready to anoint Rich Hall as the second coming. The Crew is rolling downhill right now, this game had better not get rained out, because you can book it as a "W" if they play tonight.

 

Work those counts, fellas - the Chubs bullpen is even more worn out than ours.

Braun's stats are sick, plus only one (1) error. That is less than Tounsel Couffinino. He needs to be a part of this season at some point. Maybe Melvin is saving him as our secret weapon for when the slip-up occurs. Its tough with Tounsel on the roster, too bad it wasnt just Craiger (for his clutchiness and post season prowess). Not sure how Tony fits into the mix this year.

 

Edit add: Cubs fans posted over 1,875 times on northsidebaseball.com last night, and the majority of the ones I read were arguing about a curse. It was actually quite commical to read, especially the Cubs Hitting 101 (lol) posts.
