Just want to share that the FSN-Florida crew is making it a priority to broadcast the sausage race in its entirety.

What's even better is that they are talking about airing it this early in the game as well.

Everything I've ever known, I've learned from Brewerfan.net....Seriously though

You know, these Marlins announcers are actually quite good. They discussed the 'Kendall batting 9th' thing, and the color guy had actually read up on it -- he at least knew enough to say that he felt the effectivenes of batting the P 8th depends upon who you have to bat 9th, and that Kendall is a better fit than most teams have, including St. Louis.

So far, I'm impressed.

EDIT: FSN-FLA just showed a clip from New Jersey Net Mark Hendrickson's NBA career-high 19-point performance at home vs. ... the Bucks

He played for Philly, Sacramento, & New Jersey

There's a thread over at Lambeau Leap about the Draft if you guys want to talk about it there: http://lambeauleap.yuku.com?topic=616

Let's try to keep the Packers talk out of a Brewers game thread, even though the Brohm pick is pretty exciting. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

TLB--do you know who the Marlins announcers are? just curious if they are the standard media guy and ex player combo
No, not sure, but I'll go check.

EDIT:

P-b-p: Rich Waltz (played college baseball at UC-Davis)

Color: Tommy Hutton (former MLB guy)

I have been kind of in and out during the game - any word on how sheet's bullpen session went today?

They mentioned it a little bit earlier but didn't really say much. I would guess that there was no major setbacks, and they will be able to gauge his availability for Tuesday by how sore he is tomorrow.

Of course we could take that huge risk that Kendall might not get injured....

Something about Kendall's play this year makes me believe we would keep playing with a broken leg... and still run the bases as well as Estrada.
