I am pretty sure Bush swung away on his own. They worked on the "slash" play all spring. But I think our pitchers are getting a little too carried away with it. They should go back to the basics.

I won't fault him for sending Hall with one out though. With no outs...that would have been terrible.

Yeesh...a lot of baserunning blunders so far, and it's still pretty early. To be fair, I would say that only the Graffy rundown was on an individual player...the double steal and the Hall play were called by the coaches. You could even hear Leyva yelling "Go go go!" as soon as contact was made on the Hall play.
