NL Central looks to be the best division in baseball today.

 

Hour by hour weather in Cincy shows about a 50% chance of rain from 12 till 6 or 7 so their is a good chance their will be a rain delay at some point, but I think they will get the game in.

Man I hate Gabe Gross! Can't wait to get Gwyn back and then Cameron. To all you guys out there who said they wanted Gross over Gwyn you really must have a problem with TGJ. Gross is gross out there on D and is not going to ever be better than below average at the plate. Sorry for the negativity but some of you should be eating crow.

again, Dusty baffles me. I just don't understand the thinking behind bunching up your lefthanders against Suppan. I guess it makes it harder for him to pitch around Griffey. Seems even more absurd after we just brought up another lefty reliever. Maybe if I chew on a toothpick for awhile I will get it, but for now I don't understand.

That says a lot about Gwynn since Gross has been better than him offensively career wise in the majors. Gross is a case of BABIP this year, he has had so many hard hit balls right at guys that it is just silly. Probably why Yost keeps sending him out there.
