My subpoint being that the kneejerk reactions by us fans never take into account the things that we aren't privy to.... just to head off some future panic off at the pass...

I'm just half-kidding around anyway. I don't actually shriek in horror when T-Bow enters a game, and I don't really want to kick Ned in the face, I guess... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I'll say the heat... He looked pretty uncomfortable sitting on the bench, but that's just a total guess

That would be my guess too.....but then I have to question how good of shape he is in. Then again, I have never pitched 7 innings in that kind of heat at the major league level....so I shouldn't talk.

If you project Braun's 50AB's out to 500, you get...

100R 160H 40HR 100RBI .947OPS

Thank you sir may I have another.

Yeah I really like Braun, fastly becoming my 2nd favorite Brewer behind Hall.

Man we might get enough runs this inning where it wont even be a save situation for Cordero.

Quote:
Thats the best Turnbow we've seen in about a month.

So you just choose to ignore his

scoreless inning with 2 strikeouts against Florida on June 3rd,

his scoreless inning with 1 strikeout against Florida on June 1st,

his scoreless inning with 2 strikeouts against Atlanta on May 29,

his scoreless inning against Atlanta on May 28th,

his scoreless inning with 1 strikeout on May 27th against San Diego,

his scoreless inning with 1 striekout against Minnesota on May 20th

Or, one could wave the magic wand and bring back the Turnbow from April.

I'll take the Turnbow from this month. He's been great. I thought he pitched well in the Cubs game. He got squeezed on that at-bat by Barrett and had a little texas leaguer squib past Hardy for the run he gave up.
