All we need is people to complain about the lineup when it comes out. A few people hated the lineup on Saturday, and they scored 12 runs. Yesterday, everyone started that the same few wanted (except Braunhttp://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif ), and they only had 1 hit in the first 8 innings.

Ollie, you'll forgive me for not being excited when I see both Graffy and Counsell in the same starting lineup. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that Saturday was the last time we'll put up a 12 spot this year with both halves of our 3B platoon starting.

I don't think anyone wants to see them both starting full-time. However, we shouldn't complain if they are in there together once in a while. Hardy and Weeks need rest too.

They have started in the lineup together 4 times. The 3 times Weeks got the day off, they won 3-1, 7-1, and 12-3. The time Hardy got a rest, they lost 5-3 to the Marlins.

While nobody wants them in together very often, once every other week won't kill us.

Seeing Estrada and Mench back-to-back makes me cringe a bit. I'd imagine that a couple of first pitch popups in a row would get a pitcher into a real rhythm.

It wouldn't hurt to work the count a little, especially with men on base, right?

I'm Back! I updated all the graphics, hopefully this complete IGT will start another winning streak.... I'm sorry for screwing up the Crew this weekend http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Really thought Miller would go today given Estrada's play yesterday plus the lefty. But I'm sure David Wright steals 3 bases on everybody...

Two of those steals were off the pitcher so not really sure where the complaint is. Wright is a good base stealer with an 81% success rate in his career. Estrada doesn't have a great arm but Miller's isn't any better either.

What, we couldn't find a picture of Jamie Moyer with his walker?

(Of course, now that I said that, he'll strike out the side in the first inning, getting everyone to flail at 65 MPH changeups)

"moyer is one of these pitchers that really worry me...the guy who is a soft tossing lefty pitcher that throws 75 that can get you out."

True. Oh wait, Jenkins isn't in the lineup. We should be OK.
