I saw Corey's interview on Brewers live before the game and I was really blown away by his maturity and understanding that baseball is important, but it isn't everything. Good for him!

I don't understand what the problem is if Rickie hits 5th or 6th instead of leadoff. Corey's doing a great job, and I think Rickie can provide some protection for Prince...at least better than Estrada.

What percentage of total base runners should an offense score? I know the Brewers have had a less than an efficient offense so far (to put it nicely) but let's keep our expectations at least reasonable, please.

At least we're getting baserunners on more often that not - more runners on means more stressful pitches for the starter.

 

If a team is only hitting .200 with runners in scoring position, i'd much rather have them hitting .200 with RISP every inning.
