Looks like Sheets hasn't done too well against the Giants. Lets hope he gets a little closer to the mean tonight.

 

The Giants really don't have great offense. Tim has been struggling lately. Our bats have been going pretty well. Would be nice to put a stomping on these guys and take the series. The Giants are really down right now and kicking them would be great.

I haven't seen San Fran play at all before last night, but I was surprised at how shaky their lineup is. Apparently you either have to be an aged veteran at least 5 years past your prime, or a middling prospect that shouldn't be playing every day in the bigs, in order to make their roster as a position player.

Well, the first picture is from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. "There are some that call me.....Tim?", which references to Tim Lincecum. I don't know the second pic.

By the way, the dude who played J. Peterman from Seinfeld John O'Henry is the headliner for the Monty Python's Spamalot show at the Wynn in Vegas. I loved it, and highly recommend it if you find yourself in the neighborhood and are a Holy Grail fan.

I think the way the Brewers' offense is rolling, and Lincecum has struggled, he could be in for trouble tonight. As for Sheets, he'll give up his token homer to Bonds. I remember at least twice in the past Sheets has thrown fastballs behind Bonds, but no hoop-la was made of it either time. Should be a good game. And I'm hoping for a win that'll win the series and give us 6 of 7 and 7 of 9.

With 9 BBs in his last two starts (8 IP), and a WHIP of 1.91 over his past 3 starts, it'd be nice to see the Brewers continue to reliably get men on base. While Lincecum I'm sure is a good talent, and will make his adjustments, he's clearly not on top of his game at this point in time, so let's pile on tonight!

 

I can't watch most of the game (SB game at 7:30), but we'll do our best to win in order to will the Crew to victory lane!
