Hot tub repair?

Does anyone on here fix hot tubs or knows someone that does? I have a small leak coming from one of the PVC pipes underneathe my hot tub. Normally I like to find a way to fix things myself, but I do not see anyway for me to pull this one off. It's kind of in a difficult place for me to get at it. Thanks.

Tell me about it. Everything comes in 3's. First my sink was royally clogged, then the washing machine, and now this.
