the chest protector is up by someone else, they only have 1 feedback though, so i'd consider local pickup... get in there 20fry, no interest in the protector, just the shin guards....i'm glad to know that your max bid was that high because i woulda lost, having that said, im glad i lost track of time, i probably saved you about 100 bucks, i was planning on going to 150 http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

I just got a Billy Wegman signed game used cleat. The guy who sold it to me gave the other one to his brother. I didn't pay much for it, but wanna see what people here say.

Also, game used Jenkins bat, a few marks, but not broken.

Anyone have a good site or method to find value in cards? I have a lot of scattered cards from the '80, '90, and '00 (baseball, football, basketball), along with complete sets of baseball Donruss '82, '83, '85, '86, and '87. I'm finally starting to go through them and want to savor the ones that do have some value for my kid when he gets older. I don't want to pay the ridiculous prices on Beckett. I tried a free site but they seem to base value on the average going prices on eBay. Any help would be appreciated!

The average price on eBay is about as good a market indicator as you are going to get these days. With so many transactions taking place there, I really can't think of a better way to price cards, particularly the modern ones.

In general, baseball cards from the mid 80s to early 90s were so overproduced that even the good rookie cards don't command much in premium. I'm guessing you can find complete Donruss sets from 82 and 83 in the $35-45 range. Production cut way back in 84 and 85--expect set prices to be more like $70-80. 86-87 probably run in the $15 range at most.

I have the ticket stub from the game when Weeks and Fielder hit their 1st career HR's back in 2005. If I can get them to both sign it, any idea what that would be worth? I think I'm going to make a run at getting it done. I think it would be a sweet piece for my collection.

I purchased a full ticket from that game, signed by just Weeks and in a decent case for $35. Adjust the price down for a stub, but then adjust it up for signatures from both. It's not really an answer but it's something of a starting point.

Hi all,

I have a 2006 Robin Yount bobblehead. It's the one with him in his 1970's uniform. The box has just a little wear and the figure itself has never been removed from the protective plastic case.

Does anyone know what this might be worth, and would anyone here be interested in it? (it's just sitting in a closet right now)

Thanks. Is that true of all three of these? My cursory search of the Internet seems to indicate that the three have different values due to availability, with the blue 80s uniform being the hardest to find and the 90's uniform the easiest.

I was thinking about putting together an updated bobblehead price guide similar to BHF's. Was the original document only on the BF.net forums? Any suggestions for other places to house such a document?

Edit: I'm going to post this on the Trading Post main page as I rarely check this thread.

I've got an 8x10 from a New Orleans Zephyrs/Nashville Sounds game from 2005 when they played in New Orleans. The picture has Rickie Weeks on first base and Prince at the plate. I took the picture myself with my SLR camera. I got them both to sign it over the past couple of years. Any idea what something like that might be worth?

I have a 8x10 autographed of Waren Span in his Milwaukee braves uninfourm any idea on price?
They typically sell for around $25. I thought they'd sell for more, but it looks like Spahn signs a lot.

White Manny Parra Authentic Jersey - autographed on number - from the Brewers w/ some sort of COA (hologram?) haven't seen it in person

Whats this worth in the open market?

Is it game used? If so, I'd say $150-$200. If not, around $100.

It also depends on when he signed it. Towards the end of his life, his

signature became very....well, you could tell he didn't have the same

grip on the pen like he used to.
