well, if he signed it, that helps your case. besides that, probably not much else. does it have his number below it or anything? you can also do a DNA testing and use the results as your certificate of authenticity. im only half joking. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

based on the number of replies of yer previous post, only 3 up from yer current one, i'm sure it's worth the same as it was just a 8 days ago. that value being slightly higher than the other ones they put out. however, card number 2008 is probably worth slightly less since it's the last one they made. in either case, it's a Randy Johnson 25th anniversary of the bigs twilight card, I can't see it going for much more than a few dollars.

holliday ball - if it is on the ss in blue pen, on a mlb ball, i would say $40-$50, and more once he hits the free agent market...

Junior Hat - That would be worth a lot if you could somehow prove it, Griffey game used items don't normally get out on the market...

Johnson Card - $1-$2...

Hope that helps,

-Brian

i would guess since the bobble goes for around 150 (?) I think it'd go for 175?

it's a tough call though, those braun bobbles from Helena were going for around 75 early on, and now their sitting around 25. the economy isn't helping ebay's cause

I don't know the exact pricing, but assuming you see Gamel and Escobar by the end of the year, that will help it, if not, it will probably hurt value to some degree. It also depends on if it's all in the same colored ink, and possibly even same brand pen. (The presentation can look bad if there's different pens wth varying widths, coloring used). If the team makes the playoffs it goes up.

I'm going to assume it's worth around 200. This might be lowballing it.

How much is a Rawlings Big Stick signed by the entire 2008 team (including both Svuem and Yost) with Svuem inscribing "2008 Wild Card" under his name. Every player and both managers included their number. There is probably 28 total sigs on there. Braun, Fielder, Hardy and weeks is "the sweetspot" of the bat left the Rawlings logo. Sheets and CC side by side above it, and Yost underneath.

Thanks Bikeage, I've actually seen the ball and it is signed all in blue ball point, probably even the same pen. The guy unloading it got it straight from Corey Hart, so I'm pretty sure it's legit. He was asking $315 for it, but that seems a bit high for my taste.

As for your bat, I have one similar and was also wondering what the going rate would be. I was thinking about $300 give or take.

I didn't know the best place for a manager to sign, since this is the first time (and probably last) that I went for a team bat. At the time I started it, Yost was the manager, obviously, by the end, there wasn't a designated place for Svuem because I had gotten basically every other player by that point (I got Svuem at the On Deck). I knew in the end the placement of the manager would be an issue, since there was a change, but thought maybe having both managers would help, because of cirmcumstances. I don't plan on selling it or anything, but figuring it was a bat, not a ball, and that it's a playoff team, the value would be higher than just a team bat from say, 2006 or 2007.

I have two jerseys that I've recently had professinally double matted. I have a Bart Starr green jersey and Robin Yount. Neither are authentic. Anyone have an estimate. Oh, and the Starr one is NOT personalized. I hear he personalizes a lot of stuff.

Not that I'm looking to sell, but theoretically, what do you think a working model of the Milwaukee County Stadium scoreboard might be worth. It's about 61x48x24 and weights probably 200 pounds. The screen has been adjusted to black and white (with a hint of yellow) to simulate the the "state of the art" display of the old video board. It's connected to a dedicated Tivo of Brewers games and a DVD player with a custom DVD with simulated scoreboard stills, like the one shown below.

Thanks guys. It's something I put together myself. I don't have a ton of space in that room and this takes up a good amount of real estate, but I love it. I even took the time to pull out real box scores to come up with the authentic post game recap screen shot seen above.

Just wondering what your opinions are on the values of these:

-Autographed game-worn away (blue) jersey of Corey Hart w/mlb authentication (I believe its from 2007 but would have to double check the tag)

-Game-worn Nelson Cruz Brewers gray jersey w/mlb authentication

Thanks.
