How much is this Hank Aaron bobblehead worth?

I saw one today at a live auction I was at, but I had to leave for work before the Aaron bobblehead made it to the auction block.

Most of the ones I've seen auction off go anywhere fron $20-$30. I don't know of the "book value", but that is what the real value is.

Just going through some of my stuff today and found my Brewers chalet bank and snow globe. I remember hearing the chalet banks can be worth a bit, but how about a snow globe (still in the box)?

Not really looking to move them, just curious as to what they're worth. I've got a whole rubbermaid tote full of stuff like this, I'll have to go through it some more tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I saw some older (3-5 years ago) bobbleheads in there as well.

Don't need a value on this - just picked it up (actually 2 of them) and thought it was a pretty cool card that others might want to see, especially since Hart doesn't have too many auto cards out there. On-card autos - no stickers http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

So this baseball was part of a lot of things I won at an auction. The 3 pictures are of the same baseball.

Verle Tiefenthaler pitched 3 games for the Chicago White Sox in 1962. (0-0, 9.86 ERA, 1 K, 7 BB). The card is from BaseballLibrary.com for reference.

Tom Haake was the 1960 Midwest League Player of the Year for the Dubuque Packers (Pittsburgh Pirates). He never made the majors.

I'm thinking that at one point, these two players careers intersected (same team / played against each other). The person whose ball this was attended a game and somehow got a ball from the game and got these two players to sign.

Does this ball have any value seeing as these people did not have much in terms of careers? Or does it have some value because it's seemingly an autographed ball from the early 1960s?

If it was me, I'd have probably used the ball for BP after knowing that not much came from these guys baseball-wise. But this ball is nice and an example as to why blue ballpoint is best as this ball is about 45-50 years old.

Verle Tiefenthaler is still alive and doesn't sign many autographs. Mostly, probably because he's not asked to.

Its just a guess, and maybe what happened is the ball came from a Dubuque game at some time. It was then autographed during different years. Dubuque was a White Sox minor league affiliate from 1954 through 1958. The team then was a minor league affiliate of the Pirates during the 1959 and 1960 seasons.

I would say the Haake signature has no value, and may hurt the value of the Tiefenthaler autograph. The Tiefenthaler auto may have future value when he passes, and White Sox collectors that collect every players autograph that played for the Sox..

thanks for the info. I'm not going to sell it, just kinda wondered. I never got to ask him to sign it under the logo since I had to toss him the ball to have him sign it. I did get 5 yount autographs that year, so I can't complain at all.

How much do you think an authentic JJ Hardy Jersey from Hong Kong can bring in?

Just kidding.

Did Miller Park print up any thing to send in for a certificate for Zambrano's no-no?

I know that the Yount and Nolan Ryan certificates for their milestones don't really grab much. If they did make some up knowing that attendance was about 24,000 at the game compared to the regular attendance at MP, also assuming there was a fair number of people that don't send in for the certificate, what does something like that go for?

This might be all voided because I'd bet they didn't make anything up. However, my dad has a certificate from a Spahn no no that county stadium gave out.

For anyone with a new Beckett, what is a 2008 Topps Chrome copper refractor of Ryan Braun book at? The card is numbered to 599 and I believe copper refractor's are 1:12 packs.

I had to get a few things at Target during my lunch break today and picked up a couple of packs of Topps Chrome and pulled it. I have not bought any packs of cards in quite some time, it was fun to open a few. I usually just buy single cards off ebay when I do purchase cards.

Here is something I havent been able to find anywhere else. I dont even know where I got it from but I have a 5inchx5inch square cloth that I believe may have been for use as a coaster or something. Each corner of the cloth has a "base" on it with things on the base like a glove, baseball, bats. There are two pennants on it, one says A.L. the other says cleveland. There is a player swinging a bat with the name Bassler under him. I have no idea the value and no way I would sell it but it would be nice to put some type of dollar value on it. Thanks in advance if anyone can provide any info.
