I agree with Bikeage77.

If you like the item, keep it and display it. If you don't really care that much about it, I would sell it right away.

I don't see it as something that will gain value over time.

It would only be worth what you can get someone to pay for it...

Can you really see anyone shelling out $50 for Crabtree's glove? Maybe an uber-fan would, but I just can't see it.

This isn't my image, but I do have one of these 1950s Braves pennants. Was originally my grandmother's, and she told me she got this at a game during the '57 championship season. Is there anyway to prove that? Does that make it more valuable compared to, say from the '55 season? I seen a few up ebay over sporadic times, going for $170, $240, $199, $119, etc. so not really sure what a good value is.

A lot of it depends on condition. What does the tip look like? How about the tails?

Is the graphic faded? How dark is the felt? Is the screening cracked?

Is the pennant itself flat? Has it been crumpled?

It could be worth $25, or it could be worth $200, depending on condition.

Is your pennant regular size? mini?

pin holes?

Is your full color like this or blue and white?

Do you have tassels? Were there suppose to be any? do you have them all?

Here is a quote from Dave Bushing who is a leading authenticator of game used, "There are so many variations of both official (sold in the park) and bootleg ( outside private vendors selling outside the mainstream and usually with less intricate artwork to the point of being rather crude in some cases which also makes them some of the rarest of the rare) pennants, especially for teams such as the Milwaukee Braves, Cubs, White Sox and Red Sox to the point that even long time collectors still see unknown varieties from time to time and no collection is ever truly complete because nobody really knows what complete is."

Too many variables without seeing the actual pennant itself.

Here is one that sold for $50 better looking than the one you pictured.

Not sure the exact amount, but if someone makes you an offer, any offer, TAKE IT.

I agree with Bikeage77. . .I think.

If you've got an itch to sell, I'd do it today. If you've got room to store them away for years and years, you might find they have a market. That you have all of them is pretty neat. And if one of those guys meets an untimely end, then you might have something.

I would say it's really not worth anything (maybe $10). Still, your set is fun, so if you enjoy it, then it's worth keeping just for that.

Does anyone have an extra '09 Hardy magnet I could purchase? I ended up purchasing the set mentioned above, but unfortunately there were two Camerons and no Hardys. Not a huge deal at all, of course (and the deal was still worth it to me), but now that I'm close I'd like to finish it off and hang it up.

Thanks!

Jason

Anybody have any idea what this would be worth can't find any information on it

Depends. What is "this?"

Re: 3 foot bill hall bobble

How in the heck did you know that BSC? lol Are you psychic?

If anyone is thinking of getting rid of 3 foot Brewers bobbles, I'd be interested in them...

As far as value of a 3 foot Bill Hall, I'd say that would be a mystery. I turned down a JJ Hardy and Bill Hall last year for $300 for the pair. Kind of wish I had gotten them now though.

He made the title on his post that.

Waukesha Sports Cards has one listed for $275. Stating only 50 were made. So somewhere in the $200 is probably about right as I am sure WSC price is overpriced.

Not really looking for a price on these things, just wondering what they are. I'm guessing it was a all fan giveaway in the early-mid 80's? Anybody know what they are called and when they gave them out? Any info would be great. Thanks in advance.
