spring baseball! (not spring training)

flosses like fossas

this is random and short notice, but i'm living in taiwan and tonight i've arranged to go to the mexico vs. canada olympic qualifying game. i've not been to any international baseball contests before and don't really know what to expect aside from a mostly empty stadium (an impression garnered from having seen a few games on tv). anyone have any experience with this sort of contest? as a secondary question: i haven't yet had time to investigate, are there any brewer prospects playing for either of these squads?

i'm pumped. being so far away from the crew has got me yearning so hard for a good game - the cpbl is about like watching A ball - and i'm amped. i'll check back with a link to any photos i take.

p.s. i'm neither mexican nor canadian, i just want to watch baseball.

Thats sounds like a lot of fun, I know of two Brewers prospects that are playing for Canada. Taylor Green, who was the Brewers minor league player of the year last season is a third baseman, and Alexander Periard is a pitching prospect for the Brewers.

Have fun at the game, I look forward to seeing the pictures.
