The Overrated Thread

[GAME05]

Slinkies--after about 12 seconds, you completely lose interest.

 

Twinkies--you only think they're delicious because you haven't had one for 10 years and are nostalgic, but really, they're nothing special.

 

Butter Knives--a sharp knife can butter bread, too, plus it has other uses.

 

The Olympics--you only watch it because it's the only thing on, but wouldn't watch these sports normally.

 

Minnesota is overrated--Wisconsin has more lakes, so that pretty much leaves MN with nothing.

 

Soup--all it does is waste your time before you get to the real food. nobody really likes soup, anyway.

 

Monopoly--it always sounds fun until that third roll of the dice, when it strikes you that you're gonna be playing stupid Monopoly for the next four hours. plus there's always that one person in the group who is completely anal about the rules and just has to consult the box lid for everything you want to do.

 

Thanksgiving--it's like some people have never eaten a good meal before or something. these days people only celebrate it more because it's the day before shopping season. They should really rename Thanksgiving as Christmas Eve and just be done with it. plus if your family is like mine, you'll get yelled at for wanting to watch football and not sitting down to have conversation with the whole family.

Animal Crackers. They're bland, tasteless, and bad. I don't get why people eat them.

same goes for Oreo Cookies.
